The Committee of Four of Tahuti Chapter R+C is excited to announce the performance of the Rite of Luna at Knights Templar Oasis in the valley of Salem, Massachusetts, on Saturday January 26 at 8:00 p.m. (doors open at 7:30). This event will be open to the public (18+ years of age) and all are welcome. The performance will take place at OMEN Psychic Parlor & Witchcraft Emporium, located at 184 Essex Street in Salem, near the Knights Templar Oasis temple. There will be an admission fee of $11 per person.

The Rite of Luna is the seventh and final ritual in the performance of the complete series of Aleister Crowley’s Rites of Eleusis under the auspices of Tahuti Chapter R+C, which began one year ago with the performance of the Rite of Saturn at Knights Templar Oasis in January 2012. The cycle of rituals was distributed among a number of East Coast O.T.O. bodies, and has included performances at Abrahadabra Oasis in the valley of Portland, Maine; Mithras Encampment in the valley of Windham, Connecticut; Tahuti Lodge in the valley of New York City; and Thelesis Lodge in the valley of Philadelphia.

We invite everyone to come and join us in this celebration and partake of the opportunity to enjoy the fellowship of your East Coast brothers and sisters. We look forward to seeing you in Salem, Massachusetts on January 26!

Three Questions

After the introduction, each panelist answers three questions. They have been given more than two months to prepare answers to these questions:

  1. What major differences have you found, comparing your present
    perspective on Thelema to when you first approached the Work?
  2. What do you think initiation is?
  3. At this stage in the history of Thelema, what is the best way we
    can contribute to the development of Thelemic culture?

Questions from the Audience

Following the “Three Questions” section, the audience at Thelemic Symposium is invited to pose questions to the panelists, who answer extemporaneously.

Reception

Finally, Thelemic Symposium dissolves into a wine and hors d’oeuvres reception.
